Which base is generally regarded as the strongest alkali? Have
your say!

due to its indutrial use specially in the extaction of rare
earth metals....in my view this is the reason

Nope. Bases such as Caesium hydroxide and Rubidium hydroxide are
extremely strong as you know alkali strength increases as we go
down the group. Dissolving Caesium hydroxide in water is very
exothermic and releases large amount of heat and also it is
extremely deliquescent. Unlike commonly using strong alkalis
such as Sodium hydroxide and Potassium hydroxide, Rubidium
hydroxide and Caesium hydoxide are extremely corrosive and they
corrode through glass quickly. It is very hard to manipulate
such alkalis. Organometallic alkalis such as Tertiary butyl
lithium, Lithium diisopropylamide are super strong.

due to their high reactivity they are not much
usefull.....difficult to handle

Nope, none seen Francium metal so far as it has been prepared in
atoms.
