Was boiling some NaClO+EtOH and the pressure in the vessel got
too high, the jar exploded and splashed hot vapors on my face :D

inhaled some nasty SO2 when reacting sulfur with Lead dioxide.
mistakenly inhaled some Cl2 in a gas jar... dangerous explosion
involving NOx, etc
