       (d) Liquid HCl.

       Because liquid HCl has less difference in electronegativity of H
       and Cl, and Cl atom is too large for good enough interaction
       between the molecules. So very feeble H bonding occurs, which is
       better called dipole-dipole interaction, rather than
       H-bonding.[/spoiler]
