       Hi
Do you know any accelerator agent for this reaction ?
       H2C2O4 + 2CaCO3 →CaC2O4 + CO2 + H2O
I need this reaction take place fast and completely.
       Thanks

You need Calcium oxalate right? then you can use Calcium
chloride and oxalic acid. I simply do not understand why you are
using calcium carbonate (an insoluble salt) here.

I need have it on the surface of marble. so marble have calcium
carbonate itself and I must add oxalic acid on the surface.

oh okay. May I know why you need calcium oxalate on the surface?

is Calcium chloride soluble in the water?
       which reaction is faster?
oxalic acid and calcium chloride or oxalic acid and calcium
       carbonate?

Yes, calcium chloride is highly soluble in water and the
reaction is faster too. Just watch this video :-)

the video is about ammunium oxalate and I was read about it for
       this purpose.
but I need a reaction that is fast and easy reaction in ambient
       temperature

Yes, no matter Ammonium oxalate or Oxalic acid, the reaction is
the same as Calcium oxalate is insoluble in water.

Okay got an idea. But, try this in a single marble first and see
how it works. Add some dilute hydrochloric acid on the surface
and let it react with it for a while and then clean the surface
and add some oxalic acid on the surface. Try this and let me
       know how it works.
