       The Wacker Process produces Acetaldehyde from Ethene and O2 in
       the presence of PdCl2 catalyst in aq. Solution.
       CH2=CH2 + O2 ==> CH3CHO
       explain the mechanism of the reaction

       ooo... an expensive catalyst. 1gm of Palladium chloride costs
       more than 50$.

       It's actually an industrial process using PdCl2/CuCl2 catalyst.
