I'm asking, what is that temperature in 'C.
I assume different regions have their own definition of RT?
Here it's 25'C

oh, yes it is always around 30c+ here, only goes below 25 during
winter.

Yeah, I know Gallium exists as solid at RT in cold countries.

No. But, it must be a liquid as it releases large amount of heat
due to extreme radioactivity. Also, none seen it so far as
scientists have prepared only very few atoms of it.

true, also considering the state of Cesium, one can conclude
liquid :)
