I run out of practice problems, so does anyone know a site where
I can find organic chemistry problems that have "Determine the
unknown compound" in them and that are similar in toughness to
       the IChO ones?

would be difficult to find isnt it...maybe you request more
practice problems from your tutor... Anyway just my suggestion
cos i dont know much about such sites...

It is really difficult to find a good source of tough organic
chemistry problems. I spent hours trying to find something good,
and I thought that maybe someone here knows a site. I will try
to find some national tests from other countries, because in US
       there are very few organics.

Getting the exact problems of your choice is difficult but you
should try referring to some online Ebooks or Some other
college or university books to get some.
If you are in India You will probably like Jagdamba's Or
       Arihants Organic Chemistry textbooks. !
For sure You will love them !

Yes, a nice e-book could maybe solve my problem. The question
is: what e-book to find? I need it to be in english, and that it
is a workbook (meaning only with problems and their answers).
       Any proposal?

       though
       here:

  HTML http://www.chemteam.info/NChO/NChO-Menu.html,
       I didn't know that
there are old NChO exams in chemteam. Although there aren't many
       organics, it will be useful.
I knew the ones for IChO preparatories.
The book seems interesting, but I would need a free one ::).
Anyway, thanks very much for the links, I really appreciate your
help. If you find something with plenty organics, please share
       it.

The book inspired me to search more for the Belarus competition
and I found this great site
  HTML http://chemistry.olympiad.at.tut.by/en/default.html.
       There many
organic and inorganic problems where it is needed to determine
an unknown compound. This and Chemteam NChO will keep me
       satisfied for a while.

That's good...hope it contains problems with solutions, as I can
remember back in the days when I prepared for a chem olympiad we
had access to the past problems, but we didn't have access to
       their solutions
