Our observations of the general laws of visible aspects of
nature lead to guite generalized views!
For instance, only quite a few people would IMAGINE that
Pythagoras principle might not quite be true for atomic
dimensions, or, that euclidean geometry may not be the most
favorable view when analysing gravitational effects of large
astronomical distances. We got away with the previous
assumption, but the latter view had to be corrected by Einstein
