       it is pheromone, Pheromones are chemical signal released into
       environment by exocrine gland in insects, the pheromone
       influence the behavior of  individual belong to same species.
       
       Why it is important --Insect can not think, therefore chemical
       sense such as test and smell are important to them.
       
       On the basis of type of activity they classified as follow:
       1) sex attracting pheromone
       2) aggregation pheromone
       3) alarm pheromone
       4) anti aggregation pheromone
       5) trail making pheromone

       What about allelochemicals? I think they are similar to
       pheromones.

       have either beneficial or harmful  effect on another organism.
