Hmmm this is interesting. I have questions
1) Is it possible to distil pure H2SO4? (using this method in
the video can the H2SO4 be purified?)
2) Any possibility of making HCl from copper chloride using this
same method?

No way. Cl- discharge at anode will produce oxychlorides with
H2O
