I don't mean to brag but, I make cool music. You can see all of
my songs here at this link that you should definitely click.

Like everybody else is saying, moderating these things would be
pointless and boring for those who do it. Something that MOST
CERTAINLY SHOULD happen is an in-depth music system like in
Little Big Planet 2. I have been doing my best to shine light on
this idea for quite a while now, but I fear my efforts have been
in vain. For the many of you who have never seen the amazing
tool that is the LBP music sequencer, here is a demonstration
that you can watch for yourself:
  HTML https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9u2CQB89PA
A system like this would be amazing for the fact that we could
create our own music in KoGaMa. Not only that, but if the users
decide to replicate songs using this tool (by means of talent or
synthesia) would not be infringing on any copyright laws. My
last point is that you can't use it to make moaning and suction
noises like you guys are all thinking. There would be no voice
options because we wouldn't need it for creating soundtracks in
       the first place.
The sequencer isn't the only LBP tool that would be useful in
KGM either. I am going to (eventually) create a "useful
recommendations" video dedicated to the DEVs of kogama to show
the extreme amount of potential that KoGaMa has as a game
creator tool. There is so much more we can do with kogama if we
would stop asking for almost-useless additions to the game (as
seen on the test server suggestion page). I love the idea of
adding soundtrack creation tools; we need to focus on convincing
the DEVs that THIS is what makes a good game, unlike the tools
we have now that don't allow builders to take full control. We
       need that control.

I see...This would be simple and easy to use...but would there
be a way to get simple sounds like flowing water or something
       like that using this method?

There already is a possibility for that to happen now. The sound
emitter has forest sounds and whatnot already. Creating SFX
would be harder when those types of sounds can be given to us
       via sound emitter.

The sad thing is, I could design a BUNCH of loops (audio files
that can be played over and over again, like in the video)
easily. Hell, I do that sort of thing on a daily basis. If they
would just let me do it for free (all I would ask for is credit
and a freaking badge, honestly) then I'm sure you guys would
       love it.

Some of the sounds that we already have are either useless, or
unfitting for some types of games. It would be nice to make our
own as it would be for ANY OTHER THING in Kogama.

I understand where you are coming from. I do agree we need a way
to create sounds, but creating the sound of a waterfall would be
hard with plain software. A simple solution to this would be for
the DEVs to expand the amount of sounds and sound options in the
       emitter.

A waterfall was just an example....and if they do maybe the
won't be as expensive as some of the previous ones.

Well, with the music loops, I think we should be able to change
the pitch, volume, and type of variantion to that music loop,
providing even more variety, and it would give us a chance to
       remake our favorite songs, in-game.
