       Out of Bounds
       By: Puff 13 Date: July 24, 2013, 12:09 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
This suggestion may not be the most "needed" in KoGaMa, but it
       does have a few uses.
It would appear invisible in a game, but in a project, it would
be a tinted block which could be edited like an original block.
Two starting models could be one with a hollow center, and
       another with a complete center.
       Uses:
       1. It would eliminate the long and tedious method of using
invisible pressure plates to block off a certain area.
       2. Players could use it to create a simple hill scene in the
background, and then block it off to give projects a realistic
look instead of having an endless blue sky surrounding.
       3. It could be a new challenge in an obby for lets say an
       invisible maze level.
       4. More importantly, it could stop players from using
game-breaking shortcuts to cheat and win games.
       Details:
Players would respawn at the beginning or at a checkpoint. (or
even have a respawn zone incorporated in with the out of bounds
zone. Ex. Having one respawn zone with one out of bounds zone.)
Mutants would NOT be immune to OB zones.
This will fall under the logic category in your inventory (if it
       is implemented, of course)
It's late, that's about all I can think of at the moment. Feel
free to add on with any helpful suggestions you may have.
       Opinions?

So what you're suggesting is an invisible block, essentially?
Correct me if I'm wrong, of course. I'm just trying to get a
better understanding because I really do like the sound of this.
(applaud for you, good job OP)

For the most part yes...although it would appear as a movable
shadow in a project, it would be invisible during a game.
Basically, if someone were to walk on an out of bounds zone,
then he/she would either die instantly, or be notified that they
are OB and then have X seconds to "reenter" the map. (Either
option could be selected in project).

I support this idea. It's about time we get something like this.
We desperately need it, and it would save quite a bit of time,
       honestly.

That's great. Would works well with race tracks.

You would have no idea how long Noble and I have sat around,
tediously covering up areas of the map with invisible pressure
plates. I mean bloody hell, at least make some sort of glass
       block, it isn't rocket science!

I'd say a day or 2, if you added all the time up.
