       Smite / Praise Options Disabled?

       I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. I don't see the option to
       praise people for being smart cookies or to smite people for
       being jerk-offs. Fix it soon?

       It's not a bug; only the mods can applaud/smite people. I made a
       thread in the forum-specific boards about this that explains it
       in more detail.
