       Basically what this would do is every time it get activated, it
       will say the text written in the settings with the desired
       voice. This would be good for NPCs and other things

       Not a bad idea, but speech recognition systems are honestly
       quite terrible today. It really depends on what you're going
       for, I suppose.

       That isn't the same than the Voice Boxes suggestion by Puff?
       Anyway, I already supported the idea once, and I'm here to
       support again. But like Soviet said, we can face some problems.

       I think the idea is good, but imagine how much coding would be
       required for this.
       Vocal recognition is hard to make.

       Yeah. I really like this idea, but there's no way it's going to
       be added any time soon. x)
       The Devs already barely update the game with HUGE features
       anymore. Usually just a vehicle here, jetpack there. Don't get
       me wrong, those updates are awesome! But KoGaMa still has a
       greater potential. I'm still waiting for land vehicles. One's
       that don't hover. COMPLETELY customizable. Who knows how long
       that'll take.

       A lot of the same points were brought up here:
       1. Male/Female Voice
       2. Pitch/Tone
       3. Needs many languages (which may be our biggest problem)
       4. Cheaper but worse than creating NPC's

       Kogama has a much greater potential!
       Just the suggested logic boxes will improve the sit a lot.
       Land vehicles would be nice...especially ones that would be
       limited or helped based on terrain, incline, and traction for a
       more realistic effect. Ex. Car would suffer on ice because of a
       lack of traction.
