       Project Failed to Initialize!

       Alright... This afternoon I decided to edit a fairly huge
       project... And it just failed to initialize!?
       (I want to post a screen shot, but It wont work for me... it
       basically says this in the Project screen:            Localize
       Error: Error
       ...
