MUHAMMAD ENCOUNTERED WITH ANGEL OR DEMON

Glory be to God, HE that sent his messengers for the guidance of
Mankind to worship ONE GOD.
As we all knew that hell and Paradise was created for different
sets of people, that is why God sent his prophets or messengers
to warn people against hell and give glad tidings about Paradise
to people, and if someone disbelief in one out of these prophets
is equivalent as if he disbelief in all of them.
One of the great misconceptions or lies which Christians used to
spread all around themselves and try to mislead people is “How
prophet Muhammad encounter with angel Gabriel in mountain Hira
during his prophethood and his first revelation”.
The Jews can not do evangelism without abuse or bastardize Jesus
because they believe not in him likewise Christians can not
propagate their religion without discredit Muhammad and they are
trying every method to disproof his prophethood, to the extend
that they do hide under hadith and Qur'an and twisted the
meaning to deceive people but everyone should know what Allah
says in Qur'an 2:120 “never will the Jews or the Christians be
satisfied with you (o Muhammad) unless thou follow their form of
religion. Say: "The Guidance of Allah,-that is the (only)
Guidance.” and all their mission is to mislead the believers as
Allah says in Qur'an 3:69 “A party of the people of the
Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish to lead you astray. But
they shall not lead astray anyone except themselves, and they
perceive not”.
The authentic hadith stated that it was Narrated By 'Aisha (The
mother of the faithful believers) «The commencement of the
Divine Inspiration to Allah's Apostle was in the form of good
dreams which came true like bright day light, and then the love
of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion
in the cave of Hira where he used to worship (Allah alone)
continuously for many days before his desire to see his family.
He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then
come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food like-wise again
till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the
cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read. The
Prophet replied, "I do not know how to read."
The Prophet added, "The angel caught me (forcefully) and
pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then
released me and again asked me to read and I replied, 'I do not
know how to read.' Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a
second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released
me and again asked me to read but again I replied, 'I do not
know how to read (or what shall I read)?' Thereupon he caught me
for the third time and pressed me, and then released me and
said, 'Read in the name of your Lord, who has created (all that
exists) has created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the
Most Generous." (96.1, 96.2, 96.3) Then Allah's Apostle returned
with the Inspiration and with his heart beating severely. Then
he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said, "Cover me! Cover
me!" They covered him till his fear was over and after that he
told her everything that had happened and said, "I fear that
something may happen to me." Khadija replied, "Never! By Allah,
Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your
Kith and kin, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests
generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones."
Khadija then accompanied him to her cousin Waraqa bin Naufal
bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza, who, during the Pre-Islamic (i.e
before prophet hood of Muhammad) Period became a Christian (the
early through followers of Jesus) and used to write the writing
with Hebrew letters. He would write from the Gospel in Hebrew as
much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had
lost his eyesight. Khadija said to Waraqa, "Listen to the story
of your nephew, O my cousin!" Waraqa asked, "O my nephew! What
have you seen?" Allah's Apostle described whatever he had seen.
Waraqa said, "This is the same one who keeps the secrets (angel
Gabriel) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and
could live up to the time when your people would turn you out."
Allah's Apostle asked, "Will they drive me out?" Waraqa replied
in the affirmative and said, "Anyone (man) who came with
something similar to what you have brought was treated with
hostility; and if I should remain alive till the day when you
will be turned out then I would support you strongly." But after
a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also
paused for a while.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah Al-Ansari while talking about the
period of pause in revelation reporting the speech of the
Prophet "While I was walking, all of a sudden I heard a voice
from the sky. I looked up and saw the same angel who had visited
me at the cave of Hira' sitting on a chair between the sky and
the earth. I got afraid of him and came back home and said,
'Wrap me (in blankets).' And then Allah revealed the following
Holy Verses (of Qur'an):
'O you (i.e. Muhammad)! wrapped up in garments!' Arise and warn
(the people against Allah's Punishment),... up to 'and desert
the idols.' (74.1-5) After this the revelation started coming
strongly, frequently and regularly."» [Bukhari 1:1:3]
The Christians used to hide under this hadith that narrated how
prophet Muhammad saw angel Gabriel and received first revelation
and how he got scared and twisted the meaning of the hadith that
he saw Satan but the source said it is Angel.
We are going to analyse their deceit (or proof) one by one from
Islamic perspective and comparative reasoning.
We should first consider this carefully that in Macca they are
worshipping idols even his grandfather that raised him from
childhood but Allah purified him from idolatry the way he did to
Abraham that was purified from worshipping gods of his father
before Allah called him that's why they named him FATHER OF
FAITH, the same case happened to prophet Muhammad IF NOT THE
ANOINTED ONE, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO PURIFY FROM IDOLATRY
SINCE HIS CHILDHOOD?
They will say the fear and manner of approach of Angel
appearance in the cave of Hira proved it was demon who visited
Prophet Muhammad.
We should know that prophets are mortars like us, they feel sad,
happy, they fear whenever they meet anything that scared them,
they died whenever their time approach, they have all characters
of human being, fearfulness that approached prophet Muhammad
when he saw Angel doesn't mean it is demon because it is
recorded that he saw the Angel in his natural form, as a human
being it need to fear for the first time in life and if we
cconsider the situation with prophets in the Bible they also
fear despite the fact that the angel that appeared to them
didn't come in his natural form but came in human form. And many
other times that he came to him he didn't fear again since he
has known him even during the time of his hir'aj wal mir'aj that
he still came in his natural form the way he came in his first
time as Allah says in Qur'an 53:13 “And indeed he (Muhammad SAW)
saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] at a second descent (i.e. another
time)”.
THE CASE OF DANIEL
«So, I was left alone, gazing at this great vision; I had no
strength left, my face turned deathly pale and I was helpless.
Then I heard him speaking, and as I listened to him, I fell into
a deep sleep [NJB used faint], my face to the ground. A hand
touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. He said,
“Daniel, you who are highly esteemed, consider carefully the
words I am about to speak to you, and stand up, for I have now
been sent to you.” And when he said this to me, I stood up
trembling. Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since
the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and
to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I
have come in response to them.…...When he was saying this to me,
I bowed with my face toward the ground and was speechless. Then
one who looked like a man touched my lips, and I opened my mouth
and began to speak. I said to the one standing before me, “I am
overcome with anguish because of the vision, my lord, and I feel
very weak. How can I, your servant, talk with you, my lord? My
strength is gone and I can hardly breathe.. Again the one who
looked like a man touched me and gave me strength. “Do not be
afraid, you who are highly esteemed,” he said. “Peace! Be strong
now; be strong.”
When he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, “Speak, my
lord, since you have given me strength» [Daniel 10:8-19]
If we consider this very well, if Angel from God in form of man
can make Daniel trembled, fear, powerless, speechless,fainted
compare that to Muhammad that Angel appeared to him in form of
Angel will do and wasn't faint, that means he stronger than
Daniel.
THE CASE OF ZACHARIAH
«Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the
right side of the altar of incense. When Zechariah saw him, he
was startled and was gripped with fear.» Zachariah was shocked
and feared when he saw angel, why can't they (hypocrites) say it
is demon.
They do also say how can an Angel of God force or press someone
which is one of their proof to show that it was a demon but
there is no where or reference where it is mentioned as
characteristics of demon or jinn but the reason he (Angel) press
him is that he was an illiterate which know not how to read and
when he told him to read, but he pressed him just as punishment
between teacher and student and after three times he could able
to read it, that's why Allah says in Qur'an 53:5 “He has been
taught (this Quran) by one mighty in power [Jibrael (Gabriel)].”
And if we compare that to the case of Daniel, the Angel need to
touch his lips so that he could able to talk but he wasn't press
or punish because he was a litterate who could read.
Another proof to show that it was an Angel not demon or jinn is
that when prophet went home to his wife and he told her to wrap
him and she did so, when Angel entered and saw the hair of
khadija (his wife) he went back because it is forbidden for them
to see female hair that's why Allaah commanded female to cover
themselves in Qur'an 33:59 and also mentioned in 1 Cor. 11:10
“and this is why it is right for a woman to wear on her head a
sign of the authority over her, because of the angels.”
Enemies of prophet Muhammad during his life time also told him
that he was possessed by demon even some will say he was poet
and all other sort of names but Allah clarified this in Qur'an
81:22-25 “No, your compatriot [Muhammad] is not mad. He saw him
[Gabriel] on the clear horizon. He does not grudge the secrets
of the unseen, nor is this the utterance of an accursed devil.”
And that's the way they used to call all prophets of God, Jesus
was also accused of this in John 8:48-49 “The Jews replied, 'Are
we not right in saying that you are a Samaritan and possessed by
a devil? Jesus answered I am not possessed” also mentioned in
John 7:21, 8:52, 10:20&21. Even among them (people of the
prophet) who was a truth seeker, Al-Nadr Ibn Al-Harith, who was
one of the Quraish elite, took the floor at one of their
gatherings and addressed the present in the following way:
“People of the Quraish! You are facing a problem for which you
have not been able to find a solution. When Muhammad was still a
young man living among you, he won general admiration because he
always spoke the truth and his honesty had never been doubted.
When he had grown grey and started to preach whatever he is
preaching to you, you began to allege that he was a sorcerer.
However, we are familiar with magicians and their tricks. You
have also accused him of being a fortune–teller. By Allah, he is
not one, for we have seen fortune-tellers and how they repeat
their rhyming phrases. You have also claimed that he is a poet.
Again I say that, by Allah, he is not a poet, for we have seen
poets and listened to all types of poetry. You have also claimed
that he is a madman, but he is far from being one. We have all
seen what madness does to people and how it causes them to say
incoherent things. I say to you, people of the Quraish, that you
should look at this issue very carefully, for you have a big
problem on your hands.”
This man, considered to have been one of the most aggressive
enemies of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,
disclaimed nevertheless the possibility of the Prophet being a
poet, a sorcerer, or a fortune-teller, or anyone of the kind.

Enemies of Islam have many opinions about the authorship of
Qur'an, they used this reference in order to say that Qur'an
revealed to prophet by devil (since they knew that he was an
illiterate, although some people say he wrote it by himself by
copy Bible, all of them only follow their conjecture), and this
is clarified by Allah in Qur'an 69:41-42 “It [the Quran] is no
poet's speech: scant is your faith! It is no soothsayer's
divination: how little you reflect! It is revelation from the
Lord of the Universe”. and if we are to use logic of Jesus when
they accused him as well of something like this because what
they (Jesus and Muhammad) did beyond power of men in Mark
3:22-26 “The scribes who had come down from Jerusalem were
saying, ' he is possessed by Beelzebul,' and, 'It is through the
prince of devils that he drives devils out.' So he called them
to him and spoke to them in parables, 'How can Satan drive out
Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom
cannot last. And if a household is divided against itself, that
household can never last. Now if Satan has rebelled against
himself and is divided, he cannot last either -- it is the end
of him.” According to Jesus logic that it is not possible for
devil to attack devil and if we consider life style of prophet
Muhammad we will know that it against devil, the mission given
to him from God through this Angel is destroy idols as Allah
says in Qur'an 74:1-5 “O you (i.e. Muhammad)! wrapped up in
garments!' Arise and warn (the people against Allah's
Punishment),... up to 'and desert (or keep away from) the
idols”, and Allah complete this in Qur'an 16:92 “So when you
want to recite the Quran, seek refuge with Allah from Shaitan
(Satan), the outcast (the cursed one).”
Allah says Qur'an 9:32-33 “They want to extinguish God's
[guiding] light with their utterances: but God will not allow
[this to pass], for He has willed to spread His light in all its
fullness, however hateful this may be to all who deny the truth.
He it is who has sent forth His Apostle with the [task of
spreading] guidance and the religion of truth, to the end that
He may cause it to prevail over all [false] religion -however
hateful this may be to those who ascribe divinity to aught
beside God.”
With all their lies and deceit Allaah will surely perfect his
religion, Islam is growing faster every day all around the world
as Allah says in Qur'an 110:1-2 “When there comes the help of
Allah and the victory, And you see men entering the religion of
Allah in companies.”

They can only deceive themselves, because their leader knew that
they will not veerify it, and had it been they make research
base on what they have been told they will know that their
pastors are liars.
May God guide them to his right path.
