1 Wisdom calls out, and voice of understanding / perception does
not cry out!? 2 She stands / waits at the point where the hills
on the roadside begin, at the intersection of (four) road
junctions. 3 At the entrance of the roof / living place, near
the portals, she shouts out / cries with her voice: 4 “O human
beings, I am calling out to you… my call for the sons of Adam! 5
O bigots, learn to be well measured / always be on (one's)
guard. O people who do not use your mind, have an old head on
young shoulders / learn to understand from your heart! 6 Hear
the essential things, I open my mouth to speak the truth /
justice. 7 My mouth proclaims the truth, because my lips detest
from evil / sin. 8 Every word that comes out of my mouth
contains righteousness, there is no crooked or perverted one. 9
It is clear for the one, who understands & who has access to
knowledge, comprehends their truth. 10 Acquire good morals
instead of silver, knowledge instead of pure gold. 11 Because
wisdom is more valuable than pearl / nacre / shiny things,
nothing you desire can compare with it. 12 As wisdom I am, I
have indwelled in minor key / as being well measured. I find /
evince the information of process / ladder. 13 Fearing from YHWH
/ Angelic Realm means that hating from evil. I hate from hubris,
impertinence, gutter / twisted ways & perverted mouth. 14 I am
in the scope of counsel and sound of wisdom. I am the perceived
and the source of energy / power. 15 Sovereigns reign in my
domain, and rulers legislate righteousness / justice. 16 Leaders
rule through me, and those of good morals / praiseworthy… yes,
they should all be judges of righteousness / justice. 17 I also
love those who love me, and those who seek will find me. 18
Wealth and honor, everlasting values and abundance are within my
scope. 19 My fruit is better than gold and pure gold, and my
fruit is better than silver of choice. 20 I walk / proceed in
the path of righteousness, in the footsteps of justice. 21 Thus
I will make those who love me wealthy and fill their (celestial)
treasures. 22 YHWH / Angelic Realm acquired me at the beginning
of its path, before the deeds / works of the past. 23 I took my
place in pre-eternity, in the very beginning, before the (face
of) earth / wideness existed. 24 I was created when vastness /
depths did not exist, when the waters did not have (their) full
fountains. 25-26 I was created before mountains / great masses
collapsed in and before the hills appeared, when He had not
built the (face of) earth and its outer environment from the
dust particles of the wideness. 27 I was there when he
consolidated / ordered the skies / dimensions, circled the face
of the depths / when the darkness was surrounded by the horizon,
28 when He built the skies for solidity and strengthened the
sources of the depths, 29 when He set the boundaries for the sea
so that the waters would not go beyond his command, when He
strengthened the foundations of earth. 30 I was with His
sentinelling / I was under His care. Day after day, I was
overflowing with joy, gushing / cascade in His presence without
stopping. 31 My happiness was His playground as earth and my joy
was sons of Adam. 32 My children, hear me now: How happy /
blessed are those who follow / observe my ways! 33 Listen to my
warnings / with discipline and be wise, do not ignore them. 34
How happy is the person who listens to me, watches my door every
day, waits for me without leaving my doorsteps! 35 For whoever
finds me also finds life and wins the favor of YHWH / Angelic
Realm. 36 He who ignores me harms himself / sacks his soul, and
that means who hates me, loves death."
