Qur'an:
En'am 6/75-79:

roman]وَكَذَلِ&#

نُرِي
إِبْرَاهِ&
#1610;مَ
مَلَكُوتَ
السَّمَاو&
#1614;اتِ
وَالأَرْض&
#1616;
وَلِيَكُو&
#1606;َ
مِنَ
الْمُوقِن&
#1616;ينَ[/font]
For him to have absolute comprehension, We showed Abraham the
angelic structure of the skies and the land/wideness in this
way.

roman]فَلَمَّا
جَنَّ
عَلَيْهِ
اللَّيْلُ
رَأَى
كَوْكَبًا
قَالَ
هَذَا
رَبِّي
فَلَمَّا
أَفَلَ
قَالَ لا
أُحِبُّ
الآفِلِين&
#1614;[/font]
When the night covered him, he saw a (shining) planet/wondering
star and said: "This is my Lord" and when it faded away, he
said: "I do not love the ones who disappear."

رَأَى
الْقَمَرَ
بَازِغًا
قَالَ
هَذَا
رَبِّي
فَلَمَّا
أَفَلَ
قَالَ
لَئِن
لَّمْ
يَهْدِنِي
رَبِّي
لأكُونَنّ&

مِنَ
الْقَوْمِ
الضَّالِّ&
#1610;نَ[/font]
When he sees the moon rising, he said: "This is my Lord". And
when it faded away, he said: "Unless my Lord shows me the right
path/hidayat, I will certainly be like those people who go
astray/fall into darkness."

رَأَى
الشَّمْسَ
بَازِغَةً
قَالَ
هَذَا
رَبِّي
هَذَآ
أَكْبَرُ
فَلَمَّا
أَفَلَتْ
قَالَ يَا
قَوْمِ
إِنِّي
بَرِيءٌ
مِّمَّا
تُشْرِكُو&
#1606;َ[/font]
When he sees the sun rising, he said : "This is my Lord, This is
bigger". When it (also) faded away, he said that: "O my
community ! I am certainly away from those things which you see
as partners.

وَجَّهْتُ
وَجْهِيَ
لِلَّذِي
فَطَرَ
السَّمَاو&
#1614;اتِ
وَالأَرْض&

حَنِيفًا
وَمَا
أَنَاْ
مِنَ
الْمُشْرِ&
#1603;ِينَ[/font]
Surely, I turned my face/perception towards the creator of the
skies and the land as a hanîf (clean/without having shirk and
trusting oneness of Allah) and I am not like those who sees
partners/who practices idolatry or polytheism."

نَصْرَانِ&

وَلَكِن
كَانَ
حَنِيفًا
مُّسْلِمً&

وَمَا
كَانَ مِنَ
الْمُشْرِ&

Abraham was not a jew or a nazarene. But he was a hanîf
muslim/who sustained peace and submitted to Allah alone; and he
was not one of the idolaters/polytheists.

RUM 30 - 30:

وَجْهَكَ
لِلدِّينِ
حَنِيفًا
فِطْرَةَ
اللَّهِ
الَّتِي
فَطَرَ
النَّاسَ
عَلَيْهَا
لَا
تَبْدِيلَ
لِخَلْقِ
اللَّهِ
ذَلِكَ
الدِّينُ
الْقَيِّم&

وَلَكِنَّ
أَكْثَرَ
النَّاسِ
لَا
يَعْلَمُو&
#1606;َ[/font]
As a hanîf, lift up your face/perception to the upright
religion/system which is created upon humans by Allah as
fıtrat:realm of existence/entity of forms/nature and
cosmos. There is no change in the creation of Allah/Nothing can
take the place of Allah's creation. That is the
reliable/continuous religion. But most of the people do not know
this.
