This is where the action happens.
This is where detectives hunt down criminals.
Shinigami's can eat apples (lol) and give death notes and write
down names.
L's successors can work on the kira case along with other cases.
& Ofcourse this is where kira can write names down.
When writing a name down, or doing anything for that matter.
Must type it like this;
*Writes down Light's name (Then give reason)* (Just an example)
When writing a name in the note book you must be able to give
the persons first name.

it could possibly be a prank made by someone and tries it out on
Chikako, writes his name down quickly wondering what will
happen, 40 seconds later Chikako dies of a heart attack*
