Boosts are temporary. The reason it wasn't permanent is because
Shazam wouldn't always need it.

Because people read the book for Billy, they don't want the
wizard to be Shazam.

that created victmn spell return an that mean evil marz, thor,
vulcan, ajax, neptune, centaur so should they return like zhavam
did recently what ya think? SHould a new spell be created that
has the power of that zhavam has an that include magic belt what
ya think?

nether gods from shazam whiz comics to create a new vctmn spell
that give someone their power and also some think the recently
returned zhavam should actually face billy, what ya think? Some
people think that the comic need a major gimmick to be
successful hence why some are suggesting updating an upgrading

to see aries an mars give billy their power secretly an updating
an upgrading shazam spell an as time goes odin an other
pantheons does same is this bad idea?

That wouldn't be a major gimmick though, it would be the same
old Shazam and the same old spells, nothing new.
Telling the readers he's stronger doesn't make him stronger, he
needs to be able to do DIFFERENT things than he can currently do
in order to be more interesting.
