DC doesn't have Warner's permission for that.

sabbac, that spell could be updated with the original demons
powering it and 6 more demons added or ibac could be updated
with other evils added to power of ibac, or like if ya modify
shazam spell to take all warp drive an similar devices and use
it to empower someone who can use the power anyway he wants it
basically means adapting the spell, or like scooby and daphane
and fred are giving varaition of shazam spell for each of them,
and also giving velma and shaggy the zoinks and jinkies spell,
what ya think?

I have explained all of this to you before with Disney and
Marvel.
DC is a division of Warner Bros., not the other way around.
Warner has to approve every decision DC wants to make, so them
asking to reference The Matrix or something just wastes a lot of
time they could otherwise be spending on being creative.
Finding ways to copy the same Shazam! plot with new characters
over and over again isn't creative.

good as the original, cause i remember a device sivana created
that simulated the lightning of shazam and changed billy back to
normal, an a device that simulate shazam power could work if a
cosmic item of power acts as it power source!

shazam gods, like superman as example and what marvel heroes be
if shazam went to marvel?
