Yes. The second rock wasn't "techno magic", it's just magic
that was created by technology.
If Dr. Strange made a TV remote appear, that wouldn't make
anything about that TV remote magical, it would just be a
regular old TV remote. The only difference would be that
instead of being made in a factory, it was made through a spell.

There's not a difference, though. That's what I keep trying to
tell you.
A "techno" Shazam wouldn't be any stronger than Shazam is now,
he'd just have techno stuff about him. More stuff doesn't make
you stronger, it just gives you more stuff to do.

You can't just "rebuild" a magical rock like that. It's a
difficult and time-consuming venture.
And Shazam doesn't need to enhance his power, so it's also a
needless venture.

That's not how magic works. If it did, those heroes could just
create a world where evil doesn't even exist and peace lasts
forever.
And magic doesn't mix, the more power you draw from different
sources causes distortion to reality. Like how warm air mixing
with cold air creates hurricanes.

The Olympians are already that in the DC universe, that's how
they created Zha-Vam.
And the Infinity Stones already grant power far greater than

DC's were the Green Lanterns power battery; the Spear of
Destiny; the Medusa Mask; the Eternity Book; the Orb of Ra; and
The Bell, Wheel and Jar. Marvel's were the Infinity Gems; the
Cosmic Cube; the Wand of Watoom; the Ultimate Nullifier; the

there would be no need to give him the powers of Shazam!, the
wizard chose Billy because of his humble upbringing and need for

Shazam already exists, there is no need for another champion.
Superheroes aren't toys, Kipp. The wizard didn't create them
for fun, it was because they were necessary.

I just said what I thought.
If a new champion isn't in dire need, then it would just be
playing and magic is not a toy. It's a dangerous tool and
should only ever be used in life-or-death emergencies.
