Luthor's core personality trait is being the human foil of
Superman. If he was equal to Superman permanently, he would
have no need to be jealous of Superman and lose his entire edge.

Zha-Vam needs a story. Scooby-Doo was making fun of Shazam,
it's not meant to be part of Shazam canon.

There is no secret to Shazam, it's a magic spell.
Technology can't recreate magic, just mimic what magic does.

That's not magic mixed with science, though. That's just more
science.
When we scientifically cloned a sheep, the sheep clone was still
just a regular sheep, there wasn't anything technological about
it other than how it was conceived. So the Rock of Eternity
duplicate was still just another Rock of Eternity, there wasn't
anything technological about it other than how it was created.

Yes. The second rock wasn't "techno magic", it's just magic
that was created by technology.
If Dr. Strange made a TV remote appear, that wouldn't make
anything about that TV remote magical, it would just be a
regular old TV remote. The only difference would be that
instead of being made in a factory, it was made through a spell.

There's not a difference, though. That's what I keep trying to
tell you.
A "techno" Shazam wouldn't be any stronger than Shazam is now,
he'd just have techno stuff about him. More stuff doesn't make
you stronger, it just gives you more stuff to do.

They did. You just brought up Zha-Vam, that was a recreation of
