It is if the end goal is just more combat over and over.
I keep telling you about storytelling, Kipp. If your ideas
aren't centered on storytelling and just about powers and
fighting all of the time, readers get bored.

That won't happen.
Disney and Warner have too much power to be allowed by the FCC
to merge.

Black Adam is Shazam with bad traits.
If the spell gave bad traits, there wouldn't be anything
powerful about the champion. They would just be really selfish
or vengeful, but they wouldn't have any superpowers. The
strength or speed of a god are their good traits.

Anyone can have the powers of Shazam, The Wizard chose Billy
because of his good soul. Androids don't have souls, meaning it
could turn into another Black Adam and do wrong because it
wouldn't notice the difference between heroism and duty.

corporation to have that much intellectual property. And as
long as the two companies aren't merged, they have no interest
in Amalgam because those stories require sharing revenue with
their rival company.

No, because then he wouldn't be Lex Luthor anymore.
Luthor's core personality trait is being the human foil of
Superman. If he was equal to Superman permanently, he would
have no need to be jealous of Superman and lose his entire edge.
