Every character invented in 1936.

I did make decision on my shadowwalker character an other
charcters i created that if i pass on in the future they will go
public domain within 24 hours of my passing an then people can
do what they want with the characters!

You cannot decide that. This is American law.
If people want to use your characters, they always have the
option of fan fiction. They cannot legally profit off of your
characters until 90 years after Shadow Walker or anyone else was
introduced.

Nancy Drew should already be public domain. Any character from
the early 1930s.

Nancy Drew should already be public domain. Any character from
the early 1930s.
