characters and such will become public domain and what people

Every intellectual property comes to public domain eventually.
I'm not sure how the timeline works in every case, but the
general acceptance of being allowed all characters and locales
would be around 2050.

I am exicited it only 8 weeks till popeye comes public domain in
2023 and wonder what else will be in 2023 public domain, any
ideas on what it could be?

We don't need ideas, public domain is literally a clock. You
just search publishing dates and add the number of years it
takes to know exactly when every fictional entity ever created
will be available.

I am excited for 2024 kings feature syndicate like the phantom,
mandrake the magician, flash gordon are public use , and i cant
wait to learn what else is public domain now and in future!

Public domain characters let ya maniulate a character however ya
want so if want to take mickey and make him evil you can or
destroy the hundred acre woods and those are examples, i got
plans for some of the stuff, what ya think?

Disney made the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale The Little
Mermaid a happy ending!

There wouldn't be a profit in that, and every company's primary
goal is to profit.
