Doesn't speed defeat the point of exploration, though?
[/quote]Yes but i was think a experimental ship is created that
goes beyond warp 9 sorta like what they had in in the star wars
parody with ludicrous speed and push beyond their world into
totally unknown stuff sorta like the delta quadrant but totally
unknown and they are cut off from starfleet and gotta find their
way home and make their own rules

Wasn't being cut off and having to find their way home and make
their own rules the plot to Voyager already?

[/quote]Yes but I ment the new ship exceeds warp 9 sorta like
how q caused the enterprise to meet the borg earlier than was
supposed to, so I was thinking like in spaceballs movie the new
ship accelerates using ridiculous speed, ludicrous speed into a
total new universe and has to change, adapt an more to get home
and if they come across new tech they have to add it to ship and
constantly modify and enhance and adapt!

I think it time for new starship to be created that has
firepower and more and is 1st multiversal/time ship created and
can go anywhere in star trek and eventually beyond that

Should q and his fellow cosmic beings use their power to
resurrect all the destroyed starships in star trek and then
summon people to run the updated and upgraded and more starships
and send them out what ya think? Also is it time for all star
trek timeline to crossover into one story?

X-Men and Legion of Super Heroes aren't owned by Paramount, so
that's not possible.
