       story is to explore that concept.  Because all governments have
       worked toward their own interests, Clark has declared himself
       the final say in all matters to inject what he believes to be
       universal morality into outcomes.
       The question is if this idea helps or hurts the world.

       squadron supreme where they tried to create a utopia society,
       where guns are gone, plenty of medicine an food, an criminals
       are behavor modified, is that any better than superman plan?

       just enforce what rules should already exist on Earth.
