I doubt he'll become a villain, the comics have already been
down that road with Lord Drakkon and Psycho Green already.

fight decide fate of green ranger power!Should a showdown
between Jason and Zordon happen? An when ninja power is used,
should grace restore the old coins? An should ranger slayer get
the other ranger powers an add them to diffuse?

No, there are more than enough good guys fighting each other
stories already.

Will they? With all the other unnecessary powers they've added,
there's about a 50% chance they will eventually.
