Disney bought 20th Century Fox.
That means Marvel Studios has the rights to everything a Fox
movie ever used.

movie rights to.

We already know.
Marvel Studios is in control of all Marvel Comics creations,
with the exception of Spider-Man and Hulk. And of course that
hasn't stopped Marvel Studios from using those characters
regardless.
