Time Warner can't be sold to Disney AND Time Warner then start
with all new stuff. Either they would be owned or they would be
their own company.

saying warner bros discover will sell warner bros property to
disney and some people are trying to convince disney to purchase
it and bring it under their brand!

But then Time Warner would be owned, therefore they would never
be able to make anything new again.
That would be DISNEY making new things, Time Warner would cease
to exist after being bought by Disney.

There is rumored talks by dc.warner bros discovery and
marvel/disney on a new set of dc and marvel crossovers, if that
true i like to see some more crossovers with the dc/marvel
crossover universe with new superman and spider-man story and
stuff off the original version and then later version with dc vs
marvel and amalgam universe crossover and then more store
bringing all dc and marvel stuff together, what ya think?
