own power plus phoenix force and a phoenix power coin that
combine phoenix and ranger look or like narnia ranger or add
guy, haggar, cody from final fight as rangers, what ya think?

Because it's a Capcom product like Street Fighter and because
Mega Man's gimmick is copying powers so copying evil space alien
powers would be no problem!
Imagine Mega Man with Terror Toad power!

would be pretty similar to the Street Fighter Rangers, though.
You can only do so many martial arts gimmicks.
The Turtle Rangers are cool because they're literally Ninja
Turtles wearing Ranger uniforms.
