There are multiple military organizations in real life, there's
nothing that demands the Power Rangers universe can only have
one.
Lightspeed is its own thing, S.P.D. is its own thing, and
Hyperforce has already been specified to be part of Time Force.

[/quote]I do feel that a shield like orginzation is needed and
the rangers can run different divisions like shield, has sword,
like armor, and spear and strike and euromind and shape and
stake and wand and kim could run sword part of the orginization,
with jen running the armor part and I do feel that lighsped,
hyperforce, timeforce, spd are all part of one another and
should be joined as one!

I still feel power rangers need a shield organization like the
one in power rangers beast morphers like grid battle force can
be base with commander shaw as main person, then get other
rangers to run other sections of grid battle force, like the
korean adaption of power rangers beast morphers as power rangers
beast morphers brave! An recruit non ranger teams to be part of
it!

power rangers lightspeed rescue, power rangers spd, power
rangers timeforce are same organization like lightspeed become
spd and then timeforce, then hyperforce? Also should the evils
of power rangers returns and non power rangers enemies as one
evil group out to destroy and kill rangers, should they return
and should counterparts to group from that consist of good
rangers and such?

Hyperforce is Time Force. Jen has been confirmed to have
seniority within Hyperforce.
The other government organizations have never shown any link and
therefore anyone wanting them to be the same are simply
insistent and therefore care more about themselves than they
care about the actual franchise.

But if the evils keep coming back, there's no point to
destroying the evil.

hyperforce are part of 1 organizartion! Explain why some think
the other government organizations of power rangers should all
be part of 1 group? Well villains can contact other villains to
help them as part when the new villains are done, they are given
what they need to take their foes out, as example mbison and
rita repulsa, she give him new power to take her enemies down
and then when he done he get what he need to take down
streetfighters! So really is it not time for multiversal power
rangers organization? Also who is best qualified to run such
organization?

like a new version of hexagon idea, only with billy running it,
with jen, tommy and ninjor among others and giving total
authority on everything power rangers and non power rangers,
meanininh ninja storm could travel to mighty morphin power
rangers the movie world or zeo rangers can help masked rider or
beetleborgs and turbo, so should a shield group form?

Still no, because nothing you have mentioned so far is
necessary.
Every hero gets help all of the time in the Power Rangers
universe. A total authority wouldn't change anything at all.
