characters like jan, imagine in new space ghost story featuring
jan, jan is at point she dont want to be sidekick to space
ghost, an want to be her own hero, an leaves an take on new hero
identity, like jan could become space woman as example, or like
electra of the teen force deciding she want to boost her mental
powers, an goes on quest to do so, or like linka an gi of
captain planet, decide to go on quest to train them how to use
their full powers, an all these include figuring everything out

That would require a new Space Ghost story first.
The Space Ghost, Teen Force and Captain Planet franchises have
all been dormant for decades. If they ever did come back to
life, all of the characters would be brand new takes by default
just to keep up with the times.

That would require a new Space Ghost story first.

Remember when they made the New Adventures of Jonny Quest? The
characters were updated for the '90s.
The same would be true if they ever decide to remake Space Ghost
or Teen Force or Captain Planet or anything else that's more
than 20 years old already.

like it time she moved on from being a sidekick to her own
identity, and spin her off, or like linka and gi of captain
planet, i think it time for them to return and learn more on
them

And like I already said, Kipp, those franchises would have to be
revived before anyone could expect spin-offs.
The reason it has happened for Velma is because Scooby Doo has
been prevalent for decades. Daphne still could and probably
will get one someday. Space Ghost and Captain Planet, however,
would have to renew interest first.
