Literally any idea you can come up with.
It's way easier to list what HAS been used than to list the
trillions of things that haven't been used.

like one ranger represent all mighty morphin power
rangers/mighty morphin power rangers the movie/mighty morphin
alien rangers, then another for zeo, etc, what ya think?

That's essentially what Sentai is doing with Zenkaiger next
year.

That's essentially what Sentai is doing with Zenkaiger next
year.

solar rangers and omega rangers from comics, plus the mirror,
mutant, an all versions of dark rangers power? Also will
zenkaiger have a combo of new and old zords, like one has tiger
an such, plus an original zord? Finally will they feature an aka
blue an such?

The Zenkaiger themselves don't have the power, the Sentai Gears
they use to fight with have the power.
Also, evil Rangers that never became good don't count because
they come from different sources.

The Zenkaiger won't own any Zords because the Zenkaiger are
their Zords. Only one of the five is human, the others are
miniature sentient Zords.

So should a special ranger be created by both good/evil/neutral
forces to handle a special evil? An should this also include non
rangers an villains?

It's a dangerous idea to get help from evil doing anything.
Such a Power Ranger could easily turn on the forces of good that
helped create it the minute the special evil was defeated,
making the point of good forces helping to make it basically
assisting their own doom.
