see a new weapon made from combining different ranger weapons
into a new blaster form

power axe, dragon dagger, saba saber, power daggers, power bow,
power sword, power lance an rocky an adam an aisha getting their
own ranger colors an adding them to power blaster, same with kat

Should billy start creating a arsenal of new weapons for the
rangers, like the stega sling, pteradactyl thunder whip and
such? An if rocky, adam, aisha, kat were to get their own ranger
colors what weapons would they get?

For what purpose?
Weapons must have a need, otherwise you're needlessly
endangering the public making more powerful tools than are
actually necessary to defend them.

Adam, Silver, Power Spear
Aisha, Gold, Power Kunai

Should the rangers raid the bad guys bases and colllect the
arsenal of them, like rita repulsa staff., lord zedds staff,
goldars sword, what ya think?

The Power Rangers only defend. There is never a cause to raid a
villain's base unless the villains stole from them first.

The remains of the war.
After events like Countdown to Destruction, you have to clean up
after the enemies were destroyed. That would include removal of
dangerous weaponry.
