marvel temprary gave image right to marvel, dc is considering it
for their characters, like superman join avengers

Is it time to start a yearly exchange program with dc and
marvel, like rogue is exchanged by marvel, and supergirl by dc,
and dc can do anything they want with rogue for the year, and
marvel can do same with supergirl, but with one stipulation by
both that all changes they do to them is permently perment and
can never be undone by anyone, what ya think

One, no comic company could legally exchange characters. Those
rights belong squarely to the companies for a reason, so that
other corporations cannot profit off of their work. And no
company would want to write someone else's stories without
making a profit off of that writing.
And two, nothing that happens to a character is EVER permanent.
In order to garner interest in both future readers and future
employees, offers are constantly made to shake up the
established history of any comic book character. Changes can
only ever expect to last as long as a writer is in charge of a
book or as long as sales for that book remain strong.
