That's too much for consumers to keep up with, Kipp.
Even comic book readers have a hard time with so many crossover
titles, you can't expect small children to know what is going on
when they have to keep up with the entire library of Disney
franchises.

They aren't.
DC has admitted their continuity is so convoluted at this point
that they are essentially throwing out the rulebook, all authors
can make whatever history they want to matter and whatever
history they don't want not to matter. That's the opposite of
joining all their stuff together.
