Bruce would still be Batman, his focus to fight crime was
because he lost his parents right in front of him, who raised
him wouldn't have made a difference because both Alfred and the
Kents were good parents.
Peter probably wouldn't have become a superhero because
Jonathan's death wouldn't have been because of something he
didn't do.

Like I said the first time, Peter wouldn't have become a
superhero. He was just a wrestler, what made him a
crime-fighter was because he let a thief get away and that same
man killed his uncle. His guilt was the driving factor, not the
murder.

That can't happen because the companies are rivals.
There is not and never has been any kind of legal precedent for
"switching character for a year", let alone permanent changes
being made to a company's intellectual property. That would
basically guarantee sabotage, where Warner Bros. could just kill
off every universe's Spider-Man a week before Disney got the
books back and would be stuck without Spider-Man ever again and
go out of business so Warner Bros. could beat them.
