Shooting electricity, charging electronics, and electrically
manipulating the Earth's magnetic field in order to levitate
metal.

It wasn't. The barrels just had chemicals in them and the
police tear gas aerosolized them.

What was the gas in the comic called? SHould gears come to
static shock? WHat powers does static shock have? Should both
versions of static meet? Should gears appear in comic? SHould
static shock introduce black vulcan into main dc?
