Lantern Corps

How many lantern corps an lantern colors is there now? Will more
fractal lanterns appear an should more lantern be made? SHould
the guardians take on different lantern color an stabilize
fractal lanterns power? SHould a lantern be created on sound an
such an quantum power an darkness what ya think?

11 colors, 12 Corps. Green Lanterns, Yellow Lanterns, Star
Sapphires, Red Lanterns, Blue Lanterns, Indigo Tribe, Larfleeze,
Black Lanterns, White Lanterns, Ultraviolet Lanterns, Sorrow
Lanterns and the Starbreaker Corps.

With Lantern Corps already being in the double digits, there
comes a point in which the mechanic stops being a story point
and just becomes a distractions from a lack of story points. We
have enough Lanterns for a generation.

Those Lanterns would still require costumes, and those costumes
would still need colors, so Lanterns powered by anything other
than emotions would still infringe on existing Lanterns somehow
that would bore readers.

example can work an would not be boring they can tap sound
around them to keep powered up same with quantum lanterns who
can tap quantum energy for power an who are the starbreaker
corps? Also why not turn like the ring from the hobbits stuff
into a more powerful lantern ring that break sauron connection
to it what ya think?

I know the powers can work, but what could they look like to not
look like an existing Lantern Corps yet also be immediately
recognizable as a Lantern? That's why the color spectrum works
as well as it does. Creators have to think about these sorts of
things before they create because marketing is a key factor in
creation.

Because Oa doesn't exist in the Lord of the Rings universe and
Middle-Earth doesn't exist in the DC universe.

I know the powers can work, but what could they look like to not
look like an existing Lantern Corps yet also be immediately
recognizable as a Lantern? That's why the color spectrum works

Those ideas are not easy, though.
It's almost as hard to create such a thing in their universe as
it would be to make in ours. If making superpowers were simple,
every person alive would give themselves superpowers.
