Those are different universes, so none of those are Super
Soldiers. Homelander is a supe.

Super Soldiers always have the same abilities. Increased muscle
mass, increased speed and agility, the perfect version of a
human being. Supes like Homelander have superpowers lie flight
and laser beams that human beings don't have.

Just like with mutants, you can't simply extract their blood and
make more.

america as base for new super soldier serum or even extract
blood from the sentry to create super soldiers! Even wolverine
blood could be used as base for super soldier serum what ya
think?

Then, now, still not how it works.
And Wolverine is a mutant, not a Super Soldier. You can't take
a regular human's DNA and make a Super Soldier, therefore you
can't take a mutant's DNA and make a Super Soldier either. The
Super Soldier formula died with its creator, which is why
everyone throughout history has failed to perfectly recreate
Super Soldiers.
