Should the idea from dc presents superman an amethyst should the
idea of green kryptonite or any version of kryptonite giving
magic powers be used again an green kryptonite an any version of
kryptonite any power what ya think? Should the dc heroes make
some kryptonite based superheroes?

Because Kryptonite weakens Superman and Kryptonite radiation
affects other gemstones.

No, Kryptonite radiation is dangerous no matter who you are and
the more veins of it the more radiation builds up.

Kryptonite doesn't have different powers, only their effect on
Superman. And because Red Kryptonite's effects on him are
random, using it to power your armor could accidentally make
Superman more powerful and able to shatter your armor more
easily.
