Should streaming setup channels that show from 4 to 9 am
cartoons, then 9 to 2pm movies, then from 2 to 6 pm cartoons,
then 6 to midnight old shows, then from midnight to 4 am old
game shows like you bet your life an such, what ya think? Or
like thanksgiving special programming like cartoons from 4 to 6
that night an then movies from 6 to 4 next day an repeat for
next few days what ya think?

But that wouldn't be streaming, that would be regular television
channels.
The point of streaming is so people can watch a show when they
can watch, the opposite of having to be on a schedule.

That's not a rumor because that's not possible.
No linear channel has ever had nor will ever have the rights to
air only one TV show 24 hours a day. That's exactly why
streaming exists, so someone can watch only one show around the
clock if they want to.

Yes, on streaming platforms. The Simpsons is not the first show
to have a continual stream on a platform.
You said channel, a network will never have a channel with just
one TV show on it.

Why? Food Network already has an app for all of their
programming, they don't need to leave television. The Simpsons
just got renewed for four more years on Fox.
