       peter, winston, egon, ry, janie, an peck an company an do their
       backstory for regular series an show protoype of the
       ghostbusting equipment they use what ya think?

       The Ghostbusters movie itself was the prequel.
       And they met Slimer on screen, so a prequel wouldn't make sense
       if Slimer were in it.
