I was thinking for slayer power that the power itself become
sentient and become like their version of the phoenix force with
one person selected to host the power!

The first slayer is a relic of the past.
You can't merge with a ghost without losing your humanity.
That's why Buffy almost didn't come back, she was being forcibly
possessed.

twilight and when she summoned the first slayer and the power of
her friends, and became posessed by it and any temporary power
and her other allies like angel and company from his show and
she become a supreme slayer, is this bad idea? An this is
permently make buffy a slayer who kick butt!

Yes, it's a bad idea because Buffy would no longer be herself.
You keep wanting to turn heroes into soulless weapons. People
are born to do more than just fight constantly for the rest of
their lives.
