The dead slayers are the spell, Kipp. The reason slayers are so
strong is because they're imbued with the power of the original
over and over and over again. And the ones who created the
slayer don't have enough power or they would have fought without
creating her in the first place, that was WHY they cast the
spell.

spell join and should buffy allies and friends like angel join
the spell?

The spell is the spell, you can't just join it.
The slayers are their own force, it's a covenant that only
belongs to them.

using the idea of green lantern annual where soul of lanterns
and such are put in new ring and do similar idea for new slayer
spell

It would still be infinitely inferior to the original due to
copying the original.
And as always, potentially dangerous because magic is not a toy.
Every time it is utilized should only ever be in the event of
impending doom, when there is literally no other possible hope
on Earth.

Should a slayers of the multiverse group be formed from
different slayers from different timelines and realities and
slayers that were killed be resurrected to form a multiversal
group, what ya think?

Multiverses are becoming increasingly boring with every one
created. It's just copycatting at this point.
