Should artificial mutants be created

Should a scientist in marvel figure out how to recreate the
x-gene that create mutants using technomagic but the twist the
new artificial gene can give one person power of all ironman
suits in the marvel multiverse, also can give someone captan
universe an phoenix force an such an same with all powers in the
omniverse, what ya think? Imagine someone injected with
artifical x-gene of alll versions of wolverine including vampire
wolverine an gaining that power or someone with power of the
godlike version of rogue from what if the avengers lost the
evolutionary war, what ya think?

Science can't do that, though. The reason gods are as powerful
as they are is because no mortal could ever hope to equal that
level of strength.

How would any scientist get lucky enough to also have magic at
their disposal, though? That's hard to take even by fictional
standards.
And then to combine both would require a level of knowledge a
mortal could barely understand, let alone to manipulate. Even
make-believe has its limits, Kipp.

But who would do that other than to make beings that couldn't be
matched physically and then be boring to any reader because they
could never be challenged on any level? Stories are defined by
limits, otherwise they're just glorified daydreams.

stories an think they can work an wont give up on it an think

I think they're out of ideas.
A story has one rule, be engaging. Powers aren't engaging,
PEOPLE are. If your character extends no further than how
powerful they are, they are by definition a boring character.
