Thunder or Raviel Lord of Phantasms.
The only card game in the Power Rangers universe is Dragon War,
which Elsa took Ruby Dragon from. And he was the most powerful
monster in the entire game which the Power Rangers defeated
easily.

The Ghostbusters don't have powers, it's just a bunch of stuff
Egon invented that any human being can use.
The Psycho Rangers are already stronger than the Ghostbusters,
Proton Packs don't even work on anything besides supernatural
beings.
