Pikachu, Charizard, Eevee, Mewtwo and Lucario.
Devimon, Myotismon, Lucemon, Bagramon and Abbadomon.

The Joining already did that gimmick in The Batman.
They used Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Hawkman and
Martian Manhunter.

Zeo was the only power that wasn't destroyed in 1998.
It was a ruse to trick civilians into getting attacked. They
were provoking the Space Rangers, they had no need or want for
duplicate costumes or weapons.

If the Kaiju Psycho Rangers fail to win, a Predator Psycho
Ranger would not be any stronger.

The Psycho Rangers don't care. They only wanted the Space
Rangers, they went after the Galaxy Rangers because Deviot
threatened to kill them if they didn't.

There wouldn't be a point, the Kaiju Psycho Rangers already have
those powers.
It would be like making Power Coins of the Mighty Morphin Power
Rangers, a Black Ranger coin wouldn't be different from the
Mastodon coin.
